Our New Model Home

Each "Platinum Unit" is completely remodeled and comes with new flooring (tile throughout with carpet in the bedrooms) new cabinetry and counter tops in the kitchen and bathroom, new lighting, new hardware (door knobs, cabinet pulls, etc.) blinds in all windows, new ceilings, fresh paint, all new kitchen appliances including: refrigerator, dishwasher, oven/range, microwave oven, and garbage disposal.

There is a stackable washer/dryer hookup in each kitchen; if you should choose not to purchase a stackable washer/dryer for this area, it can also be used as an additional pantry. (Laundry facilities are located on the grounds for your added convenience.)

We had your needs in mind when we remodeled il Villaggio homes. You may wonder why the homes needed to be renovated; il Villaggio has been a "Christian retirement community" to Evangelical Christian missionaries for about twenty years now. Missionaries have found solace here and told our founder, Anthony T. Rossi, that they saw the beauty of living at il Villaggio as, "The very threshold of heaven".

To keep up with the needs of today's Christian community, we have remodeled the homes and opened our doors to welcome Evangelical Christian pastors, chaplains, educators, missionaries, and others that have served in Evangelical Christian ministry.
